POTENTIAL FORMATS FOR UK TOURNAMENTS

5 to 9 Teams (Maybe 10)

Will play in one division on a round robin basis. Each team will play all other teams in their division once. The top two teams (on points / goal difference / goals scored / result between teams) will then contest the final.

10 to 14 Teams

Will be split into 2 divisions. Each team will play all other teams in their division once. Providing that time permits, the top 2 in each section will then contest a semi-final. Otherwise, just the top team from each group will go through to the final.

15 to 19 Teams

Will be split into 3 divisions. Each team will play all other teams in their division once, with the winners of each division, (plus the best runner up out of the 3 divisions) will go on to contest the semi-finals.

20+ Teams

Will be split into 4 divisions. Each team will play all other teams in their division once, with the 4 division winners playing in the semi-finals.

Please Note: The above are only proposed formats for tournaments, and could easily change depending on how many teams enter, timing schedules, and pitch availability.
